ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate (LNA) Licensed Nurses Assistant in the Exeter, New Hampshire area to support medically fragile students for at least the remainder of the current 23/24 School Year.

Job Type:

• Full-Time (32.5 hrs/wk)
• 2023-2024 School Year 
• Caseload: K-12th Grade Aged Students  
  • 1:1 / Small Groups with Medically Fragile Students 
    • ADLs
      • Lifting / Repositioning
    • Tube Feeds
    • Some Behavioral Needs (Autism)
    • Low Cognitive Disabilities

Qualifications:

• LNA Licensure in New Hampshire required 
• Associates / Bachelors Degree preferred
• Experience in Schools or with School Aged Students preferred
